Snow Possible this weekend Oct. 29 & 30. UPDATE

There is a possibility of measurable snow this weekend. We will watch this storm closely and post any updates here. The Association's snow removal contract begins November 1st but we have confirmed that the contractor can be ready if needed. Snow clearing this early would not be included in the seasonal pricing and therefore a judgment call may be made. Please check back through the weekend for updates. Thank you!

Unless there is a drastic change in the forecast the snow removal contractor will begin clearing driveways and walkways at the completion of the storm, currently anticipated early morning Sunday. CMC emergency lines are currently down due to power outages in that area. You can still call and leave a message at 973-820-4193. Snow contractor began clearing driveways at top of Village early this morning. Shovelers are working their way through community as well doing entrances and mailboxes. Trees are very heavy with snow and many have come down already. If you see a tree down or leaning, please email bukaj@communityservices.com so we can add to list for tree company. Please note that tree service is overwhelmed and dealing with emergency/critical issues first.
