The Management

CMC

Bald Eagle Village hires a professional management company to run its affairs under the direction of the Board of Trustees. Since 2002, Community Management Corporation, a division of Community Services Group, has been retained to manage the community.

Our property manager is Dawn Bukaj. She was involved with Bald Eagle Village at its inception, and brings many years of experience to the job. She now oversees five communities for CMC, and is on-site at the Village for twelve to fifteen hours per week. You may contact her through our office or via e-mail at: bukaj@communityservices.com.

Office

The office for Bald Eagle Village is located at 1 Beacon Hill Road, in our Meeting Hall. Karen Foster, our Property Administrator, is in the office on Mondays from 9am to 5pm, and on Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 3pm. Emergencies

In an emergency please call CMC at 973-773-6274. There will always be a manager on-call who can handle the situation, or who can contact Dawn Bukaj directly.
